Raw Data from: The role of rolling corals and free-living calcifying coralline algae in the management of greenhouse gas CO2 in the Co-lombian Caribbean

Raw data from incubation experiments and parameters. Values of seawater chemistry variables of total alkalinity (∆TA), dissolved inorganic carbon (∆DIC), bicarbonate (∆HCO3), D) carbon dioxide (∆CO2), carbonate (∆CO3), dissolved oxygen (∆DO) obtained during incubations at different times of the day (morning, afternoon, and night) and physicochemical parameters of seawater chemistry indicate the difference between the measurements taken at the end of the incubation period and the initial values (final – initial = ∆) of total alkalinity ∆TA, dissolved inorganic carbon ∆DIC, bicarbonate ∆HCO3, carbon dioxide ∆CO2, carbonate ∆CO3 and dissolved oxygen ∆DO for free-living CCA and corals at different times of day, morning, afternoon and night.
