Microbial community structure of a pilot electrodenitrifying reactor

Project includes the amplicon-coded sequence data of samples obtained from different stages of a pilot plant including a bioelectrodenitrifying reactor. Reactor was run on site and was used to treat nitrate contaminated groundwater. Project includes samples from effluent and electrode biofilms, and different stages of the operation, inoculum, scale-up reactors, pilot plant. In the pilot plant different sections of the electrode were analyzed. Project done in the frame of the UE funded ELECTRA project
