D3 - Meringosphaera plastid sequences

The plastid sequences identified from each SAG. For S2, S3, S4, S6, S8 &amp; S14 a complete, circular plastid genome was assemblied. These genomes are also avaliable on genbank, and their accession numbers are included in the files. For these complete plastids, there is an overview comparing the gene content between the complete plastids and the Dictyochophyceae plastid genomes. <br> For S1, S7, S11, S12, S15 incomplete and fragmented plastid genomes were found, and files containing all the fragments per SAG are included. <br> For S5, S9, S10 &amp; S13 no plastid sequences were found.
