ORBIS: trained models and niche readers

Code: https://github.com/ehtesam3154/ORBIS Trained checkpoints and fitted niche readers for ORBIS, which reconstructs the 3-D positions of cells from their gene expression alone. orbis_models.tar: the 22 final models, one folder per config of the code repository (models/<config>/orbis_epoch359.pt; embryo models orbis_epoch299.pt): mouse1, mouse2, mouse3, allen, blockA, blockB and embryo, each with training seeds s0, s1, s2, and allen10x. orbis_readers.tar: the 8 niche readers used by the reseating step (readers/reader_<model>_<test>.npz). Extract both archives into the code's OUT_DIR; the configs find the files there without further settings. Each archive holds an MD5SUMS.txt.
