Microcomputed tomography data

This dataset contains summaries of the microcomputed tomography data for the cortical bone in the shaft as well as trabecular bone in the distal shaft and condyles. There are also excel sheets for each bone of the data collected from BoneJ. Raw data (microCT images) weren't provided because they are huge files. If you need these files, please fill free to ask me.

本数据集包含骨干皮质骨、骨干远端及髁部骨小梁的显微计算机断层扫描（microcomputed tomography）数据汇总结果。此外还包含经BoneJ处理得到的单骨数据Excel表格。由于原始数据（显微CT图像）文件体积过大，未随本数据集一同提供。若您需要获取该原始数据，请随时与我联系。
