The data of the article "Identification and validation of a novel aging-related genes for Uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma to predict the prognosis and immunotherapy"

This dataset provides the raw data used to generate Figures 1–7 and Supplementary Figures1-2 in the article “Identification and validation of a novel aging-related genes for Uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma to predict the prognosis and immunotherapy”. The data were generated by bioinformatics analysis and include raw measurements of variables, processed summary tables, and analysis scripts. Files are in .txt, .tsv, .pdf, .pzfx, .png, .docx, .gct, .pdf, .csv, .rds, .xlsx, .tif formats with a total size of 3.13 GB. The data can be used to reproduce the study results or serve as a benchmark for similar research.
