Renormalizability of Quantum Gravity: Topological Approach to Three-Graviton Vertex

This paper proves the renormalizability of quantum gravity through explicit calculation of the three-graviton vertex in a topological framework. We demonstrate ultraviolet finiteness via topological regularization, asymptotic safety, and exponen-tial suppression at Planck scales. Experimental predictions for gravitational wave observatories are provided.
