资源简介:
Prolonged obesity is associated with adverse health outcomes and constitutes a significant health risk. The intestinal microbiota plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health, and gut microbiome dysbiosis is implicated in the pathogenesis of obesity. In vivo models exhibiting varying degrees of obesity were established through the implementation of high-fat dietary regimens. Control subjects were maintained on a standard diet, while experimental groups were administered high-fat diets, resulting in either rapid weight gain (high-fat obesity group) or a more gradual increase in body mass (high-fat slightly obese group). Fecal samples were collected every two weeks over an eight-week period for metagenomic sequencing analysis.
