Set of 18 zymo mock community samples used to test the Earlham Institute LITE protocol

LITE protocol allow for cheaper high throughput illumina sequencing. The aim of this project is to understand if it is viable for meta-genomic dataset and the king of bias the protocol may introduce. This is explored using a set of 18 samples of a zymo mock community.
