This dataset contains 12 monthly digital elevation models (DEMs) and UAV-derived ground truth elevation data used for the validation of intertidal topography in three representative tidal flats of the Yellow Sea region: Gomso Bay, Hampyeong Bay, and the Yellow River Delta. The DEMs were generated using a multi-sensor waterline-based interpolation framework that integrates Sentinel-1 SAR and Sentinel-2 optical imagery through an entropy-optimized adaptive K-Means clustering approach. UAV data were collected through field surveys and used to validate the vertical accuracy of satellite-derived DEMs. This dataset supports the findings of the manuscript “Monthly Deposition and Erosion Trends of Tidal Flats in the Yellow Sea Using Sentinel-1 and -2 Imagery based on an Adaptive K-Means”.
