Deviation of the annual humidity index from the reference average 1971-2000

Layers of geographic information in raster format representing the deviation of the humidity index of each year from the average of the reference period 1971-2000. The humidity index is calculated as the ratio between precipitation and potential evapotranspiration and can be used for the evaluation of the hydrological characteristics of the year and the monitoring of environmental climate problems such as desertification.
