Cytotoxic Effects of ATRA-1 and NA-CATH-ATRA-1ATRA-1

Cell viability data was obtained with a 570nm wavelength microplate reader. For the quantification of fluorescence levels, the Nikon Eclipse Ti-s inverted microscope was used, and the mean fluorescence intensity and the diameter of the cell spheroids were obtained using ImageJ software.
