中国海岸带遥感监测时空数据包括2010年、2015年、2018年、2020年整个辽宁鸭绿江口,向南延伸至广西北仑河口的沿大陆边缘区域(含台湾岛、海南岛)的中国海岸线及2010-2015、2015-2018、2018-2020三个时期的围填海信息。 数据保持了矢量数据格式、动态和现状相结合等特点。针对当前海岸线与围填海遥感监测数据存在时间节点不同步与共用边界不吻合,造成围填海对海岸线变化影响定量分析困难等问题,提出了海岸线与围填海一体化遥感动态监测方案,能够对围填海和海岸线信息进行快速提取,及时地掌握围填海的变化过程及存在的问题,一定程度上克服了海岸线与围填海实地调查难的问题。通过海岸线与围填海的实时和适时宏观监测,可以掌握围填海的时空分布及其对海岸线变化的影响,对国家围填海规划计划执行的监督与管理任务显得尤为重要,数据集主要面向科研与管理决策人员,使用于海岸带科学研究与海岸带环境保护。

China's Coastal Zone Remote Sensing Monitoring Spatiotemporal Dataset covers China's coastline spanning the entire continental coastal region from the Yalu River Estuary in Liaoning Province in the north to the Beilun River Estuary in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the south (including Taiwan Island and Hainan Island) for the years 2010, 2015, 2018 and 2020, as well as coastal reclamation information for three periods: 2010-2015, 2015-2018 and 2018-2020. This dataset adopts vector data format and integrates dynamic monitoring with static current status data. Current remote sensing monitoring data for coastlines and coastal reclamation suffer from inconsistent temporal nodes and mismatched shared boundaries, which creates difficulties for quantitative analysis of the impact of reclamation on coastline changes. To address these issues, an integrated remote sensing dynamic monitoring scheme for coastlines and coastal reclamation has been proposed. This scheme can rapidly extract reclamation and coastline information, timely grasp the change process and existing problems of reclamation, and to a certain extent overcome the difficulties of field surveys for coastlines and coastal reclamation. Through real-time and timely macro-scale monitoring of coastlines and reclamation, the spatiotemporal distribution of reclamation and its impact on coastline changes can be mastered, which is particularly critical for the supervision and management of the implementation of national coastal reclamation plans and programs. This dataset is mainly targeted at researchers and management decision-makers, and is applicable to coastal zone scientific research and coastal environmental protection.
