data_explore (explore_data): Raw datasets, historical outbreak records, and reference files used during the exploratory analysis. explore_results: Experimental outputs, performance metrics, evaluation plots, and fine-tuning datasets from the model exploration phase. root_results: Production LLM inference logs, generated alert outputs, and classified epidemiological records (also stored in MongoDB).
