GenomesToFields 2014-2017 Datasets

Data types in this directory tree are: hybrid and inbred agronomic and performance traits; inbred genotypic data; soil data and environmental data collected from the Genomes To Fields (G2F) project sites in the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 seasons. G2F has developed a living infrastructure of researchers across disciplines and a network of field phenotyping sites. During the four growing seasons, G2F has conducted experiments in over 55,000 plots across 68 unique locations with 38 Principal Investigators. The overall goal is leveraging these datasets to improve phenomic predictability and facilitate the development and deployment of tools and resources that help address fundamental problems of sustainable agricultural productivity.
