This dataset comprises a list of sample identifiers derived from the ATB, GTDB, MGnify, SPIRE, mOTUs, and HRGM datasets. These identifiers were deduplicated at varying identity thresholds based on nucleotide sequences using sketchlib v0.2.5. Dataset generation involves sketch construction and distance calculation via sketchlib, alongside the generation of representative samples using the get_representatives.py script, which follows quality control criteria including CheckM2 completeness, contamination level, quality score, contig count, sequence length, and protein density.
