Customer complaints against banking services in the UK H2 2023, by bank

In the second half of 2023, Barclays Bank UK Plc had the highest number of banking and credit card-related customer complaints opened in the United Kingdom (UK), with more than 104,000 complaints. HSBC UK Bank Plc followed closely, receiving over 102,000 customer complaints in the first half of 2023.
