Background variables: basic characteristics/ household characteristics/ occupation/employment/ education/ social class/ religion</p>本数据集围绕与荷兰全国防止虐待儿童协会（kinderbescherming）合作的志愿家庭监护人展开，研究维度涵盖：履职准备情况、履职动机、监护人所属家庭的特征、监护人的职能、角色（自我）认知、与社会工作者的接触情况、家庭履职相关活动、对社会工作者的职业形象认知、报告撰写工作、履职效能与满意度、未来角色展望；同时包含威权主义倾向（采用Lange等学者编制的F量表荷兰版）、道德自由主义、家庭传统主义、宗教宽容度等态度变量。背景变量包括：基本特征、家庭户特征、职业/就业状况、受教育程度、社会阶层、宗教信仰。
