Additional file 6: of A purely bioinformatic pipeline for the prediction of mammalian odorant receptor gene enhancers

Position-specific weight matrices (PSWMs) used to predict elements. Matrices are presented as MEME-formatted text files (.txt). Each file name reports the numeric identifier of the corresponding PSWM.
