Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for zinc finger protein ZNF652 in MCF-7 cells. Overall design: Examination of ZNF652 target genes in MCF-7 cell line. We constructed ZNF652 knockout (ZNF652 KO) MCF-7 cells using CRISPR-Cas9 and performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) to examine the ZNF652-regulated transcriptome. Repeat three times for each group.
