资源简介:
Data for a boosted regression tree analysis used to predict yolk testosterone responsiveness in female birds based on ecological contexts and life-history traits. Supplementary Table 1 contains the dataset used in the analysis. Study-level variables, including the dependent variable (study significance), are listed first (columns C-M), followed by species-specific life-history traits and phylogenetic classifications. Species name (common and scientific; columns A-B), directionality (column D), and full paper citation (column BA) are included but were not used in the analysis. Supplementary Table 2 contains variable definitions. All data source citations are in the main manuscript. Supplementary figures file contains the PRISMA flow chart for article screening, the phylogeny used in the study, boosted regression tree parameter selection, full relative variable importance results for all 48 variables, and marginal effect plots for variables that lay outside the top 10 variables but were still above the relative importance threshold (2.08%).<br>
