Size 113/4 in. by 8 in.; foll. 288. Twenty-three lines in a page. هذا كتاب عجائب المخلوقات و غرائب الموجودات تاليف سيّدنا ... محمد ابن عبدالله القزوانى( sic)نفعنا الله به الخ. Another copy of the same work. Written in a plain but inelegant hand, by Ḥâjjî ‘Alî; the manumitted slave of one ‘Abd al-ḥaiy (الحاجى على من عتقآء المرحوم عبد الحىّ) , who completed it on 17th Ṣafar , 1176. With numerous spaces for illustrations, which, however have not been added. Foll. 275-285 should be placed between foll. 11 and 12. The recto fol. 283 is occupied by a letter of Sulṭân b. Saif b. Mâlik b. Abu’l-‘Arab Ya’rubî, Imâm of ‘Omân (d. A.H. 1059), 1 addressed to al-Mutawakkil b. Abu’l-Ḳâsim Ḳurashî Zaidî Yamanî (Imâm of Ṣan’â), in a large and inelegant handwriting. [Bibl.
