In exploratory analyses, we examined the potential interaction between CIPN grades and genomics landscapes. Seven patients were selected for genomics analysis from the combined group and did not receive GM1 to avoid interference with intervention. The patients assigned to three patients who experienced mild CIPN (grade 1) and four patients with severe CIPN (grade 3).
