资源简介:
The genus Hyphoderma, a significant group of corticioid fungi worldwide, is known for causing white rot in wood as wood decaying fungus. Based on a combination of morphological features and molecular evidence, five new species viz. H. alboarachnum, H. bambusinum, H. fulgens, H. grandineum, and H. laceratum from Yunnan Province in China, are proposed. Phylogenetic analyses were conducted using a combined dataset of internal transcribed space (ITS) and nuclear ribosomal RNA large subunit sequences (nLSU). The morphology and multi-gene phylogenetic analyses confirmed the placement of the five new taxa in the genus Hyphoderma. The species H. alboarachnum is characterized by membranous basidiomata with an arachnoid surface and oblong-ellipsoid to cylindrical basidiospores (5–6.5 × 2–3 µm); H. bambusinum is differs in its membranous basidiomata with an smooth surface and ellipsoid basidiospores (4.5–6.5 × 3–5 µm); H. fulgens is distinct by membranous basidiomata with an shiny surface and subcylindrical basidiospores (7.5–11.5 × 2.5–4 µm); H. grandineum is characterized by membranous basidiomata with an grandinioid surface and cylindrical basidiospores (7–9 × 2.5–4 µm); H. laceratum is differs in its membranous basidiomata with an smooth surface and subellipsoid basidiospores (6.5–9 × 3–4.5 µm). A full description, illustrations, and phylogenetic analyses results of the new taxa are provided.
