Supporting data for "Genomic data of <i>Vigna trinervia</i>"

<i>Vigna trinervia</i> is a perennial wild legume belonging to the subgenus Ceratotropis in the genus <i>Vigna</i>, also one of the parent for the <i>Vigna reflexo-pilosa</i>.. In this study, the samples of leaves are collected from Thailand for DNA and RNA analysis.<br> This dataset represents the genome assembly data by 10X Genomics technology for <i>V. trinervia</i>. The N50 size for the assembly is 1,656,192 and the L50 scaffold number is 83. The total assembly size is 498.78 Mb with the BUSCO evaluation of completeness is 96.1%. The protein-coding gene in <i>V. trinervia</i> is 31,017 and the repetitive sequences observed is 38.7%.
