雄安新区建筑信息模型（BIM）构件级高质量数据集

数据内容涵盖工程建设项目全生命周期（方案阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和运维阶段），专业内容涵盖场地、建筑、结构、给排水、通风空调、电气、装修、景观、幕墙、路桥、管廊、市政等。类型包含零件级到区域级模型分类，例如房屋建筑类构件库包含建筑构件、建筑单元、建筑单体、地块建筑、区域建筑五个级别，构件库中构件包含构件应用的所需属性信息，并满足雄安新区现行相关质量和信息要求，构件还可以根据自身需要新增属性信息和参数化编辑。例如建筑构件几何表达包含“定位基点、几何形体、二维图形等、属性信息包含构件标识、编码、类型、构件类别、专业类别等，逻辑关系包含参数关系、加载使用要求等”。

The dataset covers the full life cycle of engineering construction projects, including the scheme phase, design phase, construction phase and operation and maintenance phase. Its professional scope covers site works, architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical engineering, decoration, landscape, curtain wall, road and bridge, utility tunnel, municipal engineering and other related fields. The model categories range from part-level to regional-level. For example, the housing construction component library consists of five hierarchical levels: building components, building units, single buildings, plot buildings and regional buildings. The component library contains all necessary attribute information for component application, meets the current relevant quality and information requirements of Xiong'an New Area, and components can also add new attribute information and perform parametric editing according to actual needs. For instance, the geometric representation of building components includes "positioning base point, geometric shape, 2D graphics, etc."; the attribute information covers component identification, code, type, component category, professional category, etc.; and the logical relationships involve parameter relationships, loading and usage requirements, etc.
