IoTSyn v4.4.0 Public Research Artifacts: scenarios, verified outputs, contracts and external-comparison data

This record accompanies the publicly accessible IoTSyn v4.4.0 Smart City and Public Spaces engine at https://iotsyn.com/; dataset generation requires free email registration and no author contact. The record archives the citable research artifacts underlying the associated study: the public methodology and implementation specification (v4.4.0-RC1), normalized scenarios, frozen golden reference artifacts, machine-readable data contracts and reference test vectors, a complete verified production-run bundle, public server-generated baseline and heatwave reference runs with their JSON sidecars, Figures 1-3, Table 2/Table 3/Table 4 result artifacts, and seed-level decision-utility metrics. The deposited baseline reference run reproduces the frozen golden CSV hash byte-for-byte. The Table 2 audit artifact deposits the derived rescaled increments and machine-readable provenance required to reproduce its time-rescaling KS statistic; it does not expose a raw arrival-event log, whose identifier and ordering schema remains unratified. The record also includes a frozen, attributed City of Melbourne external-plausibility comparison. That comparison is a held-out diagnostic limitation: none of the 30 seeds met the predeclared diurnal-profile criteria for the pedestrian-flow proxy, air temperature, or PM2.5, and it provides no evidence of cross-site predictive skill or field validation. Its raw noise field is retained for provenance only and is excluded from all metrics and figures because its measurement protocol and unit are not adequately documented in the available source metadata. The IoTSyn engine is publicly available as a web-based synthetic-data service. This record deliberately excludes the proprietary implementation source code, web-application source, deployment configuration, infrastructure, and credentials; this boundary does not limit access to the engine or to the data and result artifacts underlying the reported analyses. Project-authored artifacts are released under CC0-1.0; the City of Melbourne raw snapshots retain CC BY 4.0 attribution, as documented in THIRD_PARTY_DATA_NOTICE.md inside the archive.
