Through comparing the global expression profiles of SSCs and ESCs using DNA microarrays, the differences between the SSC and ESCs have been revealed , especially these pluripotency-related genes. Total RNA was isolated from cells, including spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs), embryonic stem cells (ESCs), and gene expression signiture was detected by microarray.
