Favorite digital activities of event visitors in the global exhibition industry 2020

A December 2020 study focused on the preferred digital tools among event visitors in the exhibition industry worldwide. Roughly half of the survey sample indicated webinars as their favorite digital activity. Meanwhile, 43 percent of respondents preferred live meetings software.
