We identified clk-2 as a novel player for NMD pathway by forward genetic screen, the goal of the whole RNA sequencing experiment was to study the genome-wide effect of clk-2 in NMD Overall design: mRNA profiling of C.elegans young adults of clk-2, smg-1, smg-2 and N2 wild type worms used as control.
