Thermal and energy performance of a deep bioclimatic retrofit in hot-humid educational infrastructure (Montería, Colombia, 2021–2023)-A dataset

This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental monitoring records supporting the research article "Experimental validation of integrated bioclimatic retrofits for thermal resilience and energy decarbonization in hot-humid educational infrastructure." The data documents the longitudinal performance of the Juan XXIII Educational Institution in Montería, Colombia (Köppen Aw climate), comparing a Baseline Phase (2021) against a Post-Retrofit Phase (2023) following the installation of a 2,800 m² aerodynamic canopy, envelope insulation, and a 40 kWp photovoltaic system.
