Analysis pipeline and results data for the Current Opinion in Microbiology article: Antimicrobial Effectors of plant-associated fungi: Multi-purpose proteins, fast evolving surface and structurally conserved core. DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.mib.2026.102744 Most of the analysis can be rerun using the Nextflow pipeline in this repository. Only structure predictions (AlphaFold3 and Boltz-2), EffectorP3.0 and Foldtree were run independently. The README.md file provides more info on how to run the analyses and on what the individual folders contain.
