使用随机、自控的交叉实验设计。从武汉体育学院招募70名健美运动员,在三种不同的加压模式下进行卧推训练,采用相同的运动干预(运动强度为1%3RM,每组8组3次重复,持续时间为2组,间隔1分钟插行间隔): T100条件(低压、高阻力模式): 连续加压模式加压,闭塞压力为2 mmHg;T180(高压,高阻力):在运动期间进行间歇间隔闭塞压力为<> mmHg;和C(非加压的常规卧推训练 非加压 。使用Delsys Trigno无线表面肌电图记录卧推时目标肌肉(胸大肌、三角肌和三头肌)的表面肌电信号,并在卧推后立即测试主观疲劳。
A randomized, self-controlled crossover experimental design was adopted in this study. Seventy competitive bodybuilders were recruited from Wuhan Sports University. All participants performed bench press training under three distinct pressure occlusion conditions with identical exercise intervention parameters: the exercise intensity was set at 1% of 3-repetition maximum (3RM), with 8 sets of 3 repetitions per training block, 2 blocks in total, and a 1-minute inter-set rest interval. The three experimental conditions were as follows: 1. T100 condition (low-pressure, high-resistance mode): continuous pressure occlusion during exercise, with an occlusion pressure of 2 mmHg; 2. T180 condition (high-pressure, high-resistance mode): intermittent pressure occlusion during exercise, with an occlusion pressure of <> mmHg; 3. Condition C (conventional non-pressure occlusion bench press training): conventional bench press training without blood flow restriction. Surface electromyography (sEMG) signals of the target muscles (pectoralis major, deltoid, and triceps brachii) during bench press were recorded using the Delsys Trigno wireless sEMG system, and subjective fatigue was assessed immediately after the completion of the bench press training.
