Transcriptomic response of ethanol extract of Jakyakgamcho-tang (JGT-E) in C2C12 myotube

Whole transcriptomic analysis in C2C12 myotube cells was conducted, comparing cells treated with a vehicle control to those treated with three different concentrations of JGT-E.
