For the first time, RNA-seq was used to compare breast cancer cells overexpressing the ZNF32 gene with negative control cells. In this project, a total of 604 differentially expressed genes were found, including 301 down-regulated genes and 303 up-regulated genes. Through GO and KEGG enrichment analysis, we found that they are closely related to focal adhesion, ECM-receptor interaction, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, Hippo signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway. We screened out 11 differentially expressed genes with biological functions such as cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. This study may provide the basis for finding new therapeutic targets for breast cancer.
