Normal transcriptome of Drosophila melanogaster including W1118 and bbd gene knockout lines that treated with tween-20 and Metarhizium robertsii 23. The 4 DPE (days post eclosion) female flies of Drosophila melanogaster W1118 and bbd knockout lines were collected, anesthetized on CO2 and naturally infected with the spore suspensions of the wild type Metarhizium robertsii 23 and 0.05% Tween-20 treated group as CK. The treated insects were kept at a high moisture level for 48h. For each treatment, ten flies as one biological repeat. Three repeats were prepared for each test sample.
