Data from: Evolution of sexual size dimorphism in tetrapods is driven by varying patterns of sex-biased selection on size

Output from BayesTraits runs as described in the Methods section of "Evolution of sexual size dimorphism in tetrapods is driven by varying patterns of sex-biased selection on size".

Contains four folders, one for each tetrapod class. In each folder are the input files for the BayesTraits analyses (phylogeny in nexus format, two extant body size data in txt format suffixed _f for females and _m for males, and config file in txt format), and the output files from six independent runs for each sex (suffixed _f for females and _m for males). Additionally, there are two output files from combined post-processed runs: out_f.csv and out_m.csv.

This folder should be copied into the R project folder (10.6084/m9.figshare.20416245), and R code provided there there can be run to perform analyses.
