Learning gains in DIY4Change-based capacity-building trainings for local self-government and civil society in Ukraine, 2021–2026

Aggregated results of 22 capacity-building trainings for officials of local self-government bodies, regional administrations, NGOs and trainers delivered with the DIY4Change method in Ukraine, 2021–2026: enrolment, completion, entry (training-needs-assessment) and final tests, paired learning gains, practical products. In five multi-day courses with paired tests (n = 89) mean scores rose from 52.6% to 71.3% (+18.6 pp); 90% of participants improved. No personal data.
