2L water samples were collected on June 11 and 12, 2018 from 16 stations of the four large rivers in the southern Korean peninsula including Hyeongsan River, Taehwa River, Seomjin River, and Nakdong River. One liter of water was filtered and then the genomic DNA was extracted. To know the fish biodiversity, amplicon libraries of partial 12S rRNA region by the MiFish universal primer set were constructed.
