Supplementary Data 1 - Actinomycetota_JARDZU01_sp029240695_annotations_getMM

This file contains functional annotations and normalized gene expression values (geTMM) for Actinomycetota MAG JARDZU01_sp029240695, a dominant and transcriptionally active genome identified in rhizosphere metagenomes from the Kerbel long-term tillage experiment. Annotations were generated using DRAM v1.4.4, and geTMM values were calculated from metatranscriptomic reads mapped to the non-redundant gene catalog. Expression data reflect samples collected in July 2021 under conventional tillage (CT) and strip tillage (ST) treatments. This genome exhibited high expression of plant residue-degrading enzymes and sugar transporters and is discussed in the main text (Fig. 2c) and referenced in Supplementary Data 1.
