COVID-19 effect on real estate enterprise turnover in the United Kingdom May 2021

According to a survey of nearly 9,400 businesses in the United Kingdom in the beginning of May 2021, approximately one third of enterprises saw their turnover fall because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The effect on the real estate sector was also severe, but slightly milder, with roughly 24 percent reporting a turnover decrease. Overall, 13.3 percent of all business and 10.7 percent of real estate enterprises, the period was economically favorable.
