An intensive multilocation temporal dataset of fungal communities in the root and rhizosphere of Brassica napus

This is a dataset of the diversity and temporal composition of fungal communities in the root endosphere and rhizosphere of diverse Brassica napus lines grown in different environments in the Canadian prairie. The dataset is used to demonstrate how the root and rhizosphere fungal communities of B. napus are shaped by plant genotype, temporal changes and environment, in order to adapt effective varieties for sustainable and stable crop production systems.
