TRISTAN: Raw DICOM Archives for Preclinical Drug-Interaction Studies in Rats

This repository contains original, unprocessed DICOM data from 15 preclinical rat studies conducted as part of the TRISTAN project. Each study investigated drug interactions or imaging protocols under varying treatment conditions. These datasets are provided in ZIP archives grouped by study ID (S01 to S15). Usage Instructions 1. Download the ZIP file(s) for the study of interest. 2. Extract to access individual DICOM archives (e.g., S12_Rat03_Day1.zip). 3. Each ZIP contains only raw DICOM images — no preprocessing has been applied.
