Cooperative ETS Transcription Factors Enforce Adult Endothelial Cell Fate and Cardiovascular Homeostasis [Brain_InVitro_RNAseq]

Bulk RNAseq of mouse in vitro brain samples either control or Erg and Fli1 double knocked out. Cultured brain ECs were labeled with VE-cadherin antibody. Cells were harvested using acutase and stained for CD45 and CD31. Endothelial cells were sorted as live (Dapi negative), CD45 negative, CD31 positive, VE-cadherin positive cels. Sorted endothelial cells were processed for RNA isolation using a Qiagen Mini Kit and RNA was sequenced.
