qRT-PCR raw data for hepatic expression of inflammatory cytokines and islet-specific markers after islet transplantation

This file contains raw qRT-PCR data used to evaluate the hepatic expression of inflammatory cytokines (Tgf-β, Tnf-α, Il-6, Ifn-γ) and islet-specific markers (Insulin1, Mafa, Pdx1) following syngeneic islet transplantation in diabetic mice. Gene expression levels were compared between mice receiving ipragliflozin perioperatively (Tx+Ip group) and untreated controls (Tx group) on post-transplantation day 1 and day 5. These data provide molecular insight into the anti-inflammatory and islet-protective effects of SGLT2 inhibition and support the mechanistic findings of the accompanying manuscript.
