Dataset for "Large-scale functional connectivity alterations in focal epilepsy and their modulation by antiseizure medications"

This repository contains the derived data associated with the manuscript "Large-scale functional connectivity alterations in focal epilepsy and their modulation by antiseizure medications". The dataset includes: Fisher Z-transformed resting-state functional connectivity matrices from 70 patients with focal epilepsy and 37 healthy controls; participant metadata; Network-Based Statistics (NBS) design matrices; adjacency matrices corresponding to the significant subnetworks reported in the manuscript. Raw MRI data are not publicly available due to ethical and privacy restrictions. The shared derived data are intended to facilitate reproducibility of the analyses presented in the associated publication.
