Epideminological and genomic characteristics of multidrug-resistant Ralstonia mannitolilytica isolated from bloodstream in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China

From November 2019 to November 2021, multidrug-resistant R. mannitolilytica bloodstream infections were detected among 11 patients. The genetics, epidemiological characteristics, and resistance mechanisms were investigated to provide a theoretical reference for the control and treatment of R. mannitolilytica infections.
