Exome analysis of MTHFD2 as a biomarker for decitabine response in MDA-MB-231 tumours

Whole-exome profiling of MDA-MB-231 tumours with or without MTHFD2 knockdown and decitabine treatment. Whole-exome sequencing using the Nextera Exome Kit (Illumina) and run on an Illumina NextSeq 550 was used to obtain exome sequencing performed by the Dalhousie University Genomics Core Facility, Halifax, Canada.
