Database of publications on the application of artificial intelligence in the area of occupational safety in the construction industry

The database comprises 99 unique scientific publications selected from English-language works indexed in the SCOPUS database. All publications were released between the beginning of January 2020 and the end of January 2025.

The focus of the articles is on the application of artificial intelligence in the context of occupational safety in the construction industry, making the database a valuable source of information for researchers, professionals, and policymakers interested in modern solutions within the construction sector.

Specific combinations of keywords were employed to select the publications. The analysis considered works containing the following phrases: construction industry + artificial intelligence + occupational safety (42 publications), construction industry + artificial intelligence + health and safety (76 publications), construction industry + AI + occupational safety (23 publications), and construction industry + AI + health and safety (49 publications). After removing duplicates resulting from overlapping search criteria, a final total of 99 publications was obtained.
