TMS-UCEC: Trinucleotide Mutation Spectrum in Endometrial Cancer

This repository contains the complete analysis pipeline for the study: "Trinucleotide Mutation Spectra Define Mutually Exclusive CIN and MMR Axes of Genomic Instability" We introduce the Trinucleotide Mutation Spectrum (TMS), a computational biomarker that captures genomic instability from the proportional distribution of somatic mutations across 192 trinucleotide-by-base-change pathways. TMS reveals two mutually exclusive axes—CIN (shared with CNV) and MMR (orthogonal to both)—with opposite proteomic consequences and divergent clinical outcomes.
